About Us

Rachel is an Irish silversmith from County Cork, based in the rural coastal saltmarshes of Essex, She designs and makes bespoke handmade silver pieces inspired by the countryside, nature, the raw coastal beauty of East Anglia, and the ancient and spiritual homeland of her beloved Ireland. She lives on a fruit farm with her family, her horses, dogs, cat, and hens. Rachel has an engraving machine, and can provide hand engraving for personalised commissions. Her work is allegorical and represents a spiritual timelessness and escape into nature and all that is good in our everyday lives.

Rachel is also an Art and Design Technology teacher. She studied at Central St Martins College of Art and Design Foundation course in 1990, and B.A. Degree in Product Design at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, with an Art and Design teacher training H-Dip degree at Cork University.
